Subscriptions are billed monthly via secure credit card vaulting. Requires 30 days cancellation notice. Orphaned system takeovers require an initial $200 baseline diagnostic. All dispatches are centrally scheduled and managed. Battery storage coverage includes diagnostic and optimization service only; module or cell replacement is routed through manufacturer warranty (see RMA Processing above).
